Here is a list of people that you can write letters to for Lolita. Tell them that her tank is illegal in size by USDA/APHIS standards and that you support her retirement. If you have any questions or need sample letters, please contact me and let me know.
APHIS – This is who makes the rules for captive marine mammals and who set the rule that her tank must be at least 48 feet across (Lolita’s tank at the Miami Seaquarium is only 35 feet across). Tell APHIS to enforce their own law!
