Lolita has been working in the Miami Seaquarium doing tricks,fighting boredom and loneliness since her capture in 1970. She has outlived any other orca in captivity by her sheer will to survive! She DESERVES to retire, she has earned it!!! Her family (L-Pod) is alive and well, she deserves to live out the rest of her life with them. It is cruel and inhumane to keep her in that tiny tank with no room to move and no-one to talk to. If I could have one wish ...... I would wish with all my heart for Lolita to be returned to her family!
